Thanks to all who participated in the annual meeting last Wednesday either in person or by proxy.  It was the best attended meeting in 10 years.  For those who could not attend in person, the vote to amend the covenants did not pass, so there is work still to be done.  A copy of the draft document resides in the MEMBER section and we will be soliciting input in the near future. The board welcomes the two elected directors, Lori Gross and Kerry Christian.

Other News

Several new documents have been uploaded to the MEMBERS' Section in preparation for the annual meeting. The board has updated the reserve study for capital improvements and is posted.  The HCOA Board approved budget for FY 25-26 is also posted.  This reflects an increase in the annual assessment to $240 and will be reflected in your upcoming statement.
